This notice describes the current PAUL Industries LLC website.

Questionnaire information and consent

The “Find your AI starting point” questionnaire asks for your business name, business type, primary bottleneck, current tools, weekly volume, name, email and explicit permission to contact you about your inquiry. Phone and additional context are optional. The suggested starting point is chosen by fixed rules from the bottleneck you select; it is not a live AI evaluation. Do not include passwords, customer records or sensitive financial information.

Storage and access

Submitting stores those answers in the dedicated Lovable Cloud database and queues one owner notification in the same step. Only the verified owner may access inquiries through the private workspace. Unsent answers stay in page memory while you move around the site, not in browser storage; refreshing or closing the tab discards them. A receipt confirms storage, not email delivery or an appointment.

Owner email notification

The site is built to email your completed answers privately to the owner of PAUL Industries, using Resend as the email provider, once a verified sender is configured. Until then, notifications stay queued and nothing is emailed. When active, your answers are shared with that provider only to deliver this internal notification. You are not added to a newsletter or marketing list, and no confirmation email is sent to you.

Optional measurement

Measurement is off by default. You can opt in below or in the footer for this browser tab session. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Allowed events record page path, action name, a fixed element label and an ephemeral session identifier; no contact details, query strings or cursor positions are included. A server-generated keyed identity protects intake against abuse; until a trusted proxy source is configured it uses a shared fallback bucket, not browser-supplied IP headers.

Demonstrations, articles and delivery

Workflow data is fictional. Estimates run locally. Articles link to external sources that have their own privacy practices. Lovable hosts this website and serves approved assets; ordinary delivery requests involve technical request information. No advertising or marketing enrollment is implemented. Owner sign-in uses essential session storage for authenticated access.

Retention and privacy requests

A retention period and deletion process have not yet been adopted; no automatic expiry is promised. Use the working questionnaire to request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question. The owner must establish the retention process before launch.
